SUBSTRAT

Trust & transaction standards

Private, but never anonymous.

Nobody needs to know you are selling—but you must be sure it is yours. Discretion is supported by calm, evidence-led client acceptance and documented transaction controls.

Client acceptance

Checks proportionate to the asset and risk.

Substrat may request further information, use appropriate independent professionals, decline a mandate, or stop a transaction. Completion of checks is not a government guarantee, valuation or substitute for a buyer's independent due diligence.

No anonymous principals

We privately identify sellers, buyers, companies, beneficial owners and authorised representatives before progressing a mandate.

Evidence, not assumptions

Staff record the source, date and outcome of each applicable check. Substrat does not describe an external check as automated unless an integration exists.

Asset-specific review

Property, vehicles, jewellery and watches, marine vessels and aircraft require different ownership, provenance, condition, registry and professional checks.

Buyer and funds review

Identity, beneficial ownership, proof of funds, source of funds and source of wealth may be requested according to transaction risk.

Review holds

Substrat may pause publication, introductions, offers or completion while inconsistencies, sanctions/PEP concerns, disputes or unusual payment instructions are reviewed.

Documented settlement

Asset purchase consideration is not collected through website checkout and must not be cash-settled. Fees, third-party costs and purchase consideration remain separate.

Confidential handling

Sensitive identity, ownership, funds and transaction evidence is restricted to authorised staff and appropriate professional reviewers, retained according to legal and operational requirements, and not displayed on listings.

Regulatory posture

Substrat Limited completed the relevant SCUML verification and approval process before operations. This does not amount to government endorsement of any listing, seller, buyer or transaction.

Start with the appropriate route.

Owners may begin privately. Buyers should review the safety guidance and independently verify the asset, counterparty and payment instructions before paying.
