SUBSTRAT

Partner with Substrat

Qualified local knowledge. Responsible international reach.

We invite established legal, property, valuation, technical, financial, insurance, logistics and specialist professionals to apply for a review-led network supporting Nigerian asset transactions.

Partner model

Independent expertise, clearly defined.

The network supports individual mandates. It is not a franchise, automatic agency, licence transfer or public directory.

Nigeria network

Professionals with relevant local authority, experience and evidence for Nigerian property, land, commercial and specialist-asset work.

International network

Appropriately authorised professionals who can support identified cross-border requirements in their own jurisdictions.

Controlled referrals

Every referral receives a private reference, responsible staff member, documented commercial basis and recorded introduction where appropriate.

Review standard

Applicant is not approved.

Substrat records status, jurisdictions, specialisations, professional standing, licence scope, conflicts and review evidence before any formal engagement.

Do not upload confidential client files or identity documents through this public form. Supporting evidence is requested privately if the application proceeds.

Frequently asked questions

Before you begin.

Does applying make my organisation an approved Substrat partner?

No. Every application begins as Applicant and remains unapproved until jurisdiction, authority, licence scope, experience, conflicts and professional standing have been reviewed.

Can a partner publish an asset directly?

No. Partner-supplied opportunities follow the same seller, authority, ownership, provenance, asset-detail and publication-approval controls as every other listing.

Does Substrat appoint partners as agents or employees?

Not by application alone. Any relationship, territory, scope, client ownership, referral or success-fee term must be set out in a separate written agreement reviewed for the relevant jurisdiction.

A network built mandate by mandate.

Professional relationships are documented for the relevant territory, scope, client and transaction—never assumed from an application alone.
