Both periods include the same plan benefits. Pay one month or one year upfront by UBA bank transfer using your order reference. Upload your receipt for review. Transfers are not automatically recurring charges. AI and report allowances reset monthly, including on annual plans.
Uploading proof does not activate paid access. Substrat must confirm receipt of funds. Your confirmation email states the plan, amount, activation date and subscription end date. My Substrat shows your membership status.
Select Basic, Elite or Excelsior and your preferred billing period at checkout. Confirmation of a same-plan renewal extends an active, unexpired subscription from its existing end date. A different paid plan starts when its payment is confirmed; unused time is not automatically credited or prorated. Contact Substrat before paying to discuss any change, outstanding order or unused period.
There is no automatic bank-transfer renewal to stop. To stop renewing, do not make another transfer; paid entitlements end when the confirmed period expires. Contact Substrat if you want an earlier cancellation, a pending order cancelled or help returning to Free. Cancellation does not itself promise a refund; refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
