How much commission do referrers earn?
Any referral fee or commission is agreed in writing for each relationship or transaction before an introduction is relied on. Substrat does not publish standard rates, and nothing is payable from an application alone.
Does applying make me a Substrat agent?
No. Applicants are independent. Applying creates no agency, employment, exclusivity or authority to act or speak for Substrat.
Can referred assets skip verification?
No. Every referred asset passes the same identity, ownership or authority, asset and publication review as any other listing.
