SUBSTRAT

Services

Support for owners and prospective buyers.

The party who appoints Substrat ordinarily pays Substrat. Every role, scope, fee and payment trigger is agreed before the mandate begins.

What we do

Clear scopes for different transaction needs.

01

Selling an asset

Substrat acts under a seller mandate. The owner appointing Substrat ordinarily pays the agreed brokerage fee.

Identity, beneficial ownership, authority, provenance and asset details remain subject to review. Publication and a successful sale are never guaranteed.

Private-client mandates

Substrat works under a separately agreed confidential mandate with the appointing client, whose identity remains known and verified even when unpublished.

The appointing client pays the documented retainer or success fee under the agreed mandate.

04

Exchange and barter

Commercial terms are agreed with the party appointing Substrat for that party's side of the exchange.

The fee is based on the agreed value attributable to that client's side; Substrat does not guarantee either asset's value.

05

Development and commercial facilitation

For development sites, joint ventures and commercial opportunities, we can organise the proposition, identify the parties' intended contributions and facilitate structured discussions.

Substrat does not issue securities, operate a REIT or investment fund, provide financing, or replace legal and regulated investment advice.

Specialist assets

Vehicles, jewellery, watches, yachts, aviation and other valuable assets can require specialist evidence, inspections, logistics and controlled introductions.

Fees reflect the asset's nature, value, sourcing requirements and external professional work. Substrat does not guarantee authenticity, condition, title, valuation, financing or a buyer.

We can organise asset information, clarify responsibilities and coordinate appropriate independent professionals so serious discussions begin from a clearer record.

Scope

A listing is not the same as a full mandate.

Marketplace publication, brokerage, acquisition, development and specialist work each have distinct responsibilities and commercial terms.
